Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This AUP applies to all content, listings, messages, profiles, links, and activity on Fansilo.co. By using the platform you agree to follow this AUP. Where this AUP and another Fansilo policy address the same topic, read them together; the more specific or more restrictive requirement applies.

2. Permitted Content

Fansilo.co supports creators selling permitted digital content, including Photos, Videos, and Behind-the-Scenes material, within the platform’s stated upload limits. All content must feature only consenting adults, must be owned by or properly licensed to the creator, and must comply with this AUP, the Terms of Service, and applicable law.

3. Prohibited Content

You must not upload, post, sell, link to, or distribute content that:

• is sexually explicit, pornographic, or nude, or is otherwise adult content — Fansilo.co is not an adult-content platform and does not permit such content;
• involves, sexualizes, or endangers a minor in any way;
• depicts or results from human trafficking, sexual exploitation, coercion, forced labor, or blackmail;
• is non-consensual, including intimate or private content shared without the documented consent of the people depicted;
• you do not own or are not authorized to distribute, including copyright-infringing, counterfeit, or stolen material;
• discloses another person’s private or identifying information without authorization (doxxing);
• promotes, incites, or threatens violence, terrorism, self-harm, or hatred against people based on protected characteristics;
• is fraudulent, deceptive, or impersonates another person or brand; or
• is otherwise illegal under, or facilitates a violation of, applicable law.

4. Prohibited Activities

You must not use Fansilo.co to:

• bypass, disable, or interfere with payment, access, authentication, or security controls;
• download, scrape, screen-record, copy, resell, or redistribute content except as the service expressly permits;
• manipulate the platform, ledger, balances, payouts, chargebacks, or any payment or transaction flow;
• create fraudulent accounts, sign-ups, referrals, reviews, or transactions;
• send spam or unsolicited or deceptive messaging, or harass, threaten, extort, or abuse other users;
• upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
• misuse Fansilo branding or trademarks, or make false claims about Fansilo; or
• use the service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe the rights of others.

5. Creator Responsibility

Creators are independent sellers and are solely responsible for the content they upload and sell, including owning or being authorized to use it, obtaining all required consents and releases, making truthful listings, and complying with applicable law. Fansilo does not pre-approve content and is not the author or publisher of creator content.

6. Reporting Violations

Anyone can report content or activity that may violate this AUP using our Report Abuse page. Reports involving minors, non-consensual content, or trafficking are treated as the highest priority. A report does not guarantee any particular outcome. If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

7. Review and Enforcement

Fansilo may review reports and other information available to us. Where we reasonably believe content or activity violates this AUP, the Terms of Service, our other policies, or the law, we may take appropriate action. We are not obligated to monitor all content and do not use automated content-detection systems.

8. Consequences of Violations

Depending on the circumstances, Fansilo may remove or restrict content, limit or disable features, withhold or reverse disputed funds, issue warnings, and suspend or terminate accounts or profiles. Serious violations may result in immediate termination and, where required or permitted by law, referral to the appropriate authorities.

9. Repeat Violations

Fansilo may suspend or terminate accounts associated with repeated or serious violations of this AUP or our other policies, including repeat copyright infringement handled under our DMCA Policy.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of Fansilo.co after changes take effect means you accept the updated AUP.
